How to Register Your Icare Bed Warranty | Support Guide

Warranties are registered using an external link, here's a few tips:

If you have recently purchased a bed, you can register your warranty directly with Icare using the link below which will take you to a Smartsheet Form: 

Register My Warranty

You will need some basic information such as: 

  • The name and email address of the Assessor (normally a health professional such as Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse or other qualified allied health professional with relevant expertise. 
  • The store name and address of the dealer you purchased the product from. 
  • The product serial number
