Follow these steps to locate the serial number on your bed.
1. Fully raise the head lift section using the hand control.
2. Check the main frame for the serial sticker. Please note the location and format may be different depending on the date of manufacture
a. For Beds manufactured AFTER March 2025 this will be located on the main frame that runs along the head end of the bed and will start with either AUS-[Number] or NZL-[Number] as in the example below: 
b. For Beds manufactured BEFORE March 2025 this will be located on the main frame that runs along the length of the bed and will start with BPNS-NZ[Number] or BPNS-A[Number] as in the example below:
