If your HydroSense Mattress Pad feels damp, it’s most likely due to condensation, not a leak. Here’s what you need to know:

- Condensation can occur when the HydroSense unit is set outside the recommended temperature range. It can also occur in Damp and Humid environments.
- Recommended temperature range:
- Minimum: 20°C
- Maximum: 35°C
